After entering the payment page you can use Paypal or Debit/Credit card to finish the payment, our system will generate all the information about the car and it normally take a few seconds. The web page will automatically jump to the report page and send an email with the report to your mailbox.
We currently offer a way to buy one or three reports, you can simply choose to buy three reports because we will have a discount for the multi-payment. If you need to purchase more reports, you can email us directly by support@CarLies.com.

If you don't receive the report after payment, don't be panic, we'll help you with it ASAP. First of all, please check the junk mail box, sometimes the mail will be in the junk mail by mistake. If you still do not find your report, please contact us directly by support@CarLies.com, and our technical staff will help you to generate a new report as soon as possible.
It actually means that we did not find any bad records associated with the Reg you provided. Our extensive database includes more that 70 million records from multiple countries, but your car is not listed there. The fact increases the possibility that this vehicle is truly accident-free.
If you do not receive the report or there is a lot of missing information in the report, or you feel that the report does not meet your expectations, you can contact us directly by support@CarLies.com. Our staff will help you process the refund after verification all the information that you provided. Generally, The refund will be returned to your payment account or bank card.
